How many parallel jobs did the build use?
It would help if you could paste a link to the full build log.
Or otherwise copy this part:

“Build performance summary:
* Cores to use:   28
* Memory limit:   130926 MB“

And does it help to set MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE=yes?
