I want to second Thierry's comment.  This is great work Ronald, thanks for
pushing this through!

With this in place I think we should seriously look at starting the deprecation
and deletion process for openjdk8.  I'd say openjdk11 as well although it
sounds like it is the most recent one that supports armv6/7
