I have a problem with DWL-520 rev B3 and FreeBSD-5.3-p15. When the driver is loaded I get the follwing output: ath0: <Atheros 5212> mem 0xd5800000-0xd580ffff irq 5 at device 9.0 on pci0 ath0: [GIANT-LOCKED] ath0: unable to attach hardware; HAL status 13 device_attach: ath0 attach returned 6 And it seems that the error 13 means that hardware is not supported. Has anyone made a patch for the driver? pciconf -l -v gives: ath0@pci0:9:0: class=0x020000 card=0x3a131186 chip=0x0013168c rev=0x01 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Atheros Communications Inc.' device = 'AR5213 802.11a/b/g Wireless Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet It seems that the PCCARD DWL-650 is using at least the same chipset and it works fine on my laptop? Any Ideas how to fix this?
