Isn't the DSDT generated on basis of each laptops acpi implementation? Some weeks ago I also got some patches from Hans Petter Selasky, but I never got them to work as they should. Nate Lawson, which is working on the acpi implementation in FreeBSD, has gotten them too, but as I understood him on the acpi mailing list he is too busy right now to merge them into cvs. Anyway, I would really appreciate it if someone had a working solution on this.
