HP nx9005 and Netgear WG511T

I'm trying to use my WG511T Netgear WiFi NIC on HP nx9005 notebook,
but couldn't make it run at all.

After inserting card, I get:

After "ifconfig ath0 up", notebook freezes for 5/6 sec. spamming
console with errors:

ath0: hardware error; resetting
ath0: hardware error; resetting
ath0: hardware error; resetting
ath0: hardware error; resetting

Switching off ACPI doesn't produce this error, but card can't find
AP with "no carrier".  I would very appreciate if somebody has any
advices and tips to fix it.
