FBSD 6.1 and Latitude C400 ACPI Keyboard issue

Hello;

If i boot said dell sans acpi i can use the 'Fn' stuff to access the bios and
battery state and all that good stuff.

but with acpi enabled, this isnt possible. has anybody figured out how to make this work?
