iwi firmware doesn't load

Enclosed are the relevant portions of my dmesg. I've resolved my arp
conflicts (turns out the @#$%!! DSL modem won't give out more than ONE DHCP
address!!!), but I still have the firmware loading problem. Thanks in
advance for looking at this, folks.
