High interrupts w/ Cisco 350 card

Hi Joao,
I have Cisco 350 series WLAN card (which is 2 to 3years old).
 
I want get WPA working with this card. Is it necessary that i should
update firmware on this card (but Cisco has stopped supporting this card
- reached end-of-life).
