How to enable em0 on Thinkpad T60

Hi, 

Just a tip for anyone having trouble with em0 not recognizing their
Ethernet NIC on Thinkpad T60:  If you hide the network interface in the
BIOS, reboot, enable it again, and reboot, em0 recognizes it.
