Acer Aspire AS5672 laptop and FreeBSD 6.2-stable - status update

FYI, this is just a status report abour this laptop (Acer Aspire
AS5672) and FreeBSD 6.2-stable. I just finished upgrading it to the
latest -stable:
tingo@kg-home$ uname -a
FreeBSD kg-home.kg4.no 6.2-STABLE FreeBSD 6.2-STABLE #7: Thu Jul 19 21:43:31 CEST 2007     [email protected]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/AS5672  i386

and there were no noticable changes. The laptop still needs acpi disabled for the network drivers (wpi and bge) to attach.
