First, thanks a lot for working on this.

I installed 7.0-BETA4/amd64 onto my friend's Dell Inspiron E1505, which 
has one of these (pciconf says it's a "10418086 Intel 3945ABG Wireless 
LAN Controller"). With the module built from RELENG_7 sources from a few 
hours ago, "ifconfig wpi0 up" panics the kernel with (copied by hand):
