Hi list,
I've just bought ACER ASPIRE 5920 notebook and I've installed FreeBSD-7.0-AMD64 right the way
and I've noticed that neither the LAN card nor the WLAN card work
I'm not 100% sure what the LAN card is but it should of the BroadCom NetLink family
however I get the following in the boot messages

bge0: <BroadCom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet Controller, ASIC rev. 0xb002> irq 17 at device 0.0 on pci8
bge0: 0x10000 bytes of rid 0x10 res 3 failed (0, 0xffffffffffffffff).
bge0: couldn't map memory
device_attach: bge0 attach returned 6

after I saw that I've tried the WLAN by kldload if_wpi and I got this:

wpi0: <Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG> irq19 at device 0.0 on pci6
wpi0: 0x1000 bytes of rid 0x10 res 3 failed (0, 0xffffffffffffffff).
wpi0: could not allocate memory resource
device_attach: wpi0 attach returned 6

here is the full output of dmesg:
