This bridge is completely closed.

Since your bge(4) is on pcib3.pci8, even if its IO memory is not
disabled, it will not work.  Your wpi(4) suffers same problem.

Nothing is related to bge or wpi drivers.  Try finding something like
"pnp os" in your bios setting, and disable it.
