Hard-drive detection during installation

Hi!
I've got trouble  with detection of my hard drive in Sharp Mebius Laptop
when I try to install 4.5 Release. 
I saw next messages from kernel:
ata0-master: ata_command: timeout waiting for intr
ata0-master: identify failed
When I used floppy from 3.5 branch it loads ok and recognize HDD perfectly
So could you please tell what's wrong in this staff.
