Looks like its this. I'll use pkg0.isc for 11 - it's finding newer packages there. pkg0.nyi isn't showing newer packages for me. The T400 shows xf86-video-intel-2.7.1_5, but the X230 has xf86-video-intel-2.21.15_1. So yeah, looks like it's that.
