FreeBSD on Acer C710 Chromebook

A C710 Chromebook is available to me.  The last time someone asked (in 
2013), there was no clear answer on whether this system could run 
FreeBSD.  Anyone know more now?

It has a Celeron 847, 2G of RAM (and two SODIMM sockets), and a normal 
SATA port.  I'm aware that the firmware needs to be updated/modified to 
include SeaBIOS.
