Suspend/resume on the Thinkpad T530(2392-C3G)

Good day!
Suspend/resume can't work on the Thinkpad T530 (2392-C3G) with latest snapshot 
FreeBSD-11.0-CURRENT-amd64-20150722-r285794
Suspend - ok(Fn+F4 or acpiconf -s3).
Resume - bad.
I see black screen after resume. 
Please see in the attachment some info.
