Re: Similar freeze on -STABLE & -CURRENT with a laptop using O2Micro OZ6812 chip [long]

Insert the module after booting. I had (have) the same problem with my
Toshiba Sat Pro 6k. The sound device will be properly detected when I load
the module post-boot. However, it still doesnt WORK (although for ONE
single boot it _did_ work)
