Where to get Cisco 350 MiniPCI?

Does anyone have a source for the cisco MiniPCI client adapters?  Cisco
doesn't seem to sell them to anyone but OEMs.  IBM lists them on their
Thinkpad accessories pages, but for all that, they don't appear to be
available.
