NEWCARD problems with 5.0 on Sony Vaio R600

Hello,
I have not been able to get NEWCARD to work with 5.0-CURRENT on my
Sony Vaio PCG-R600 laptop. The R600 is the European version of Sony's
Slimline PCG-R505. 5.0-CURRENT has been cvsup'ed today and ACPI is
being used.
I have tried with the PNP Bios set to on or off. I have also tried
with or without
hw.pcic.intr_path=1
hw.pcic.irq=0
I get the following message when I load cbb as a module instead of
compiling it into the kernel:
