Ah.  mini-pci isn't supposed to be removed....  So if this is a wi on
pcmcia on cbb on minipci, it will still be removed (since we have no
way of knowing that the wi card is on a mini-pci card that can't be
removed).

However, this makes it sound like wi on pci.  In that case changes are
very good that the wi driver is just broken for suspend/resume in this
case (which matches what you've found).
