acer install freezes

hello, just tried to install fbsd 4.7 release on a new acer aspire 1300. the install froze repeatedly while copying files to disk (transfer of binary-base-system...). tried it with cd, floppies and via net. no success. i didn't find anything except negative forecasts... anybody made different experiences? thanks in advance rene To Unsubscribe: send mail to [email protected] with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
