Thinking about a Dell Latitude C400

I'm considering buying a Dell Latitude C400 to run FreeBSD (with the
occasional perhaps boot of Windows - but see Q 7)

Can anyone answer the following:

1) Will the onboard Ethernet NIC work with FreeBSD 4.5?

2) Will the onboard WinModem work with the linmodem drivers?

3) Will it run XFree86 4?

4) Will the CD RW option work with FreeBSD 4.5 for writing CDs or
   should I just live with the CRDROM?

5) Does the sound system work?

6) Can I dual boot with (spit) Win 2000?

7) Better still - can I run Vmware when I have to deal with things
   Microsoft?

Any other things I should know?
