Not yet.

I've not been able to get programming details for these cards, nor
have others that I've talked to.

Rumor has it that there are Dual mode parts (ie, operating both
802.11b and 802.11a bands) that will be much more open than the
802.11b cards have been, but I've not seen details forthcoming on
these parts as yet.
