I've already found the solution (at least for -CURRENT). It was needet
to use oldcard implementation of pccard driver, and disable one of COM
ports in BIOS to free IRQ. Also, theese sysctls had to be tuned:

hw.pci.allow_unsupported_io_range=1
hw.pcic.disable_function_1=0
