OK, I discovered that as well :) Is this the weirdest PCMCIA-PCI bridge chip west of the Great Wall of China? In other words: is NEWCARD doomed forever for this bridge? At least the experience I have right now is that it works a lot better with OLDCARD and 5.0 than with 4.7-stable.
