Never set these two options.  The first was a bad work around for the
Vcc bug that I fixed a while ago.  The second code is completely bogus
and I'd be surprised if anybody NEEDs it.

irq 12 is the mouse.  This machine is new enough to have built-in
mouse hardware.  Even if you don't USE the mouse, that doesn't mean
that the mouse port isn't causing problems with this interrupt.

which is likely why you have watchdogs.
