One would think adding a:
hardware ethernet <mac address>;
line in the host stanza on the server would suffice.  Whether you can use
multiple such lines (4 in your case) in a single entry, or whether you'd 
need to create 4 host entries with different hardware lines isn't clear to
me from reading the man page.  Something to play with, anyway.
