Problems with XFree 4.3/FreeBSD and a Inspiron 5100.

I recently purchased a Inspiron 5100 to replace my trusty (if long in the
tooth) 3800. I tried 5.0-RELEASE, but issues with the CardBus support
caused me to revert back to 4-STABLE. So, is there any work being done on
the on-board mobile Broadcom NIC's that Dell is putting in their laptops
these days?

Also, I am trying to get XFree86 4.3 to work, it detects the on-board AGP
chip as a ATI Radeon Mobility M7 LW (AGP) but barfs initializing. A
snippet is below, the full log is attached (and will be sent to the
[email protected] address as well)

Symbol XAAPatternROP_PM from module

Any ideas?

Best Wishes - Peter
