Does anyone know if these messages are normal for a PQI TravelFlash
6-in-one (P/N FPT-A)?

I was told they "just worked" with 4.8, but I get the following with a
64Meg MMC card
in it's slot:

Apr 14 10:56:16 lerlaptop /kernel: umass0: at uhub0 port 1 (addr 2)
disconnected
Apr 14 10:56:16 lerlaptop /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): lost device

Apr 14 10:56:21 lerlaptop /kernel: da0: Attempt to query device size

lerlaptop#

I'm confused.
