Re: netgear ma311 failures (wi0 driver)

I have just got the MA 311 and do not see any reference in
the manual (pdf file) to upgrading the firmware. Is this
done automatically as part of the Netgear installation
process under windows? The Netgear site seems only to have
"drivers for windows xx".
