suspend/resume D-Link DWL-650

I have a FreeBSD 4.5-Stable on an Dell Inspiron 8000 with a D-Link
DWL-650 WLAN Card.

When I boot the card works ok, but if i do an suspend/resume i got the
following error msgs:
