I have a LG 5350, and I want it to work in FreeBSD.

I think it is a Qualcomm adaptor, but I wanted to see
if anyone else has this phone or similar hardware.

I think this needs a new vendor in usbdevs.
I'm not sure if 0x1004 is Qualcomm or LG or VLSI...
