The older prism firmware would lock up so hard it would take
a powerdown reboot or as you indicate above, remove and reboot.
Make sure the lastest available firmware is in that card.  I
have a card around here somewhere with that old firmware.  If
I get a chance later I'll dig it out and get the firmware rev.
and post it.
