Hi All currently install CE3 xircom card into acer 370P notebook ... ,with proxim harmony oem wireless card . I have many a few changes in /etc/pccard.conf for the xircom ce3 (change irq to 10 or 3 ) but still came out watchdog timeout ... (sometime it couldn't up the xe0 after bootup ,so I need to ifconfig xe0 -alias ,then ifconfig xe0 ip netmask ) xe0: <Xircom CreditCard 10/100> at port 0x140-0x14f irq 9 function 0 config 1 on pccard1 xe0: Xircom CE3, bonding version 0x45, 100Mbps capable xe0: DingoID = 0, RevisionID = 0, VendorID = 0 xe0: Ethernet address 00:80:c7:0b:75:c4 xe0: watchdog timeout; resetting card try to invoke this command pccardc dumpcis but came out 0 slots found wi0 card is working fine wi0: <PROXIM LAN PC CARD HARMONY 80211B> at port 0x100-0x13f irq 9 function 0 config 1 on pccard0 wi0: 802.11 address: 00:02:78:e0:28:3c wi0: using RF:PRISM2 MAC:HFA3841 CARD:HWB3163 rev.A wi0: Intersil Firmware: Primary (0.3.0), Station (0.8.0) wi0: 11b rates: 1Mbps 2Mbps 5.5Mbps 11Mbps thanks __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
