Updated xe driver

For everyone who's been asking about it lately, the latest xe driver code
can be downloaded from:
http://users.uk.freebsd.org/~scott/xe_drv/if_xe.tar.gz

Unpack this in /sys/dev/xe and rebuild your kernel (or just the xe module).
This code is for 5.1/-CURRENT only. All my Xircom cards now work for me on
the OLDCARD laptop I use to test this stuff - if you try it, please let me
know whether it works or not, and what hardware/kernel you're running it
on. I'd particularly like to hear about it working (or not) on a NEWCARD
machine.

Cheers,

	Scott
