Very simple. Putting this line to /etc/pccard.conf solved the problem:

irq 9

It seems pccard strictly follow the irq sequence defined in 
/etc/default/pccard.conf (which is 5,7,9..) and don't move to irq 9 even 
5, 7, are occupied.

I don't know why after I created that /etc/pccard.conf I begin to receiv 
this message upon booting, but anyway this does not seems to affect the 
system so I simply ignore it:
