CF adapter in Thinkpad?

Hi,

I was wondering if the CompactFlash slot in my Thinkpad X21 is usable 
under FreeBSD; that is, mount the filesystems on it. And secondly, it 
would be even nicer if someone knows whether the Thinkpad is able to 
boot from the CF... :-)
