Upgrading firmware in DLink DWL-520

I saw a posting about upgrading the firmware in a dlink dwl 520
pci wireless card.  

I never saw any reply to this, and was wondering if anyone knows
how to upgrade the firmware in this card?  Preferably under
FreeBSD, but if need be windows 98 is also an option.
