njl is working on a general cpufreq framework, and I'm sure he'll
commit it as soon as it's ready; given that my knowledge of ACPI
is absolutely nil, I think it's best if I leave that to him. :-)

My Enhanced SpeedStep code is simply a temporary solution for a
relatively simple case until cpufreq is ready.
