wireless selection utility?

Hi,

Is there a utility (other than ifconfig :=>) to manage wireless connections?

I'm thinking of something graphical that will display the available wireless 
APs, encryption status, level, etc & let you select. Bonus for per keeping 
per ssid status (like use DHCP, encryption keys, etc).

Anything out there?
