wi watchdog timeout

hi there.i am running 4.5 release and have recently started getting the wi watchdog timeouts.i didnt have this problem for last 2-3 months but now its not going away at all.any quick fix solution for this? i know there have been some posts on this before.but can't understand y its affecting me suddenly like this.
