I have the PCI version of this card (also made mistake of getting a 650+
instead 650). The driver works ok in adhoc mode for me on FreeBSD 5.3.

For USB 2.0, add this to your kernel config file:

device      ehci        # USB 2.0

You will need to run 5.3-STABLE, in order to get resume working with USB
2.0 devices.
