Recommendation for mini-pci supporting hostap mode

Hi there, I am looking for a mini-pci wlan adapter that can operate in hostap mode (like my current old Netgear MA311) and works with FreeBSD-5.3 or -stable. Any recommendations? Does any exist at all? What about in general about: Intel PRO Wireless 2200BG MSI MS-6820 Gigabyte GN-WIKG?
