These were the differences: options DEVICE_POLLING options CLK_USE_I8254_CALIBRATION options CLK_USE_TSC_CALIBRATION device puc options PUC_FASTINTR options PCI_ENABLE_IO_MODES I removed all these, and suspend/resume works fine.
