install Chinese Simplified language failed

hi,all: after successed install mozilla1.2.1.and I wanna to install Chinese Simplified language packs on my mozilla.but complained: regestaion chrome failed under FreeBSD4.7R . and can sucess to installed under Freebsd5.0-CURRENT, but not only can not appereance Chinese instead of "download new fonts" but also can't input Chinese! any ideas?
