printing

how do i make it so moz prints usably?  when i select print, and then
properties, i type into the print command window

   lpr -Plps

as i want to use the lps printer.  this command works from a
bash command line, many other programs, ...

what am i doing wrongly?  and how can i make the correct version
be the default?
