jkd13 for mozilla will not build

I'm getting the following error when I start mozilla (1.0.1,2) 

LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library
/usr/local/jdk1.3.1/jre/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so [Cannot
open "/usr/local/jdk1.3.1/jre/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so"]

I've tried re-building jdk13 but get an error:
