From a quick look, it looks like snd_uaudio(4) does not create a "rec" control
for your device, which happens in uaudio20_mixer_determine_class(). I suppose
both your and my device do not have a software-controlled recording level
control.

That being said, your bug report title says "no record device", which is not
true. Your device registers are both recording and playback, as shown in
mixer(8), and in uaudio's dmesg output.
