I'm closing this feature request to split ffmpeg into separate library ports.
jbeich@ identified significant implementation complexity (requiring slaves or
flavors), and no patch was submitted in 7 years. Only 2 participants were
involved, and ffmpeg has evolved significantly (now at version 8.0.1).
